• Poultry Course is the Moodle Cloud site that is a proof of concept for an online portal to provide specialized course content for students, teachers, commodity associations, and educational institutions. It provides examples of courses and course content that can be used to support university, college, and industry training sessions. The site provides a template for an LMS for hosting courses and workshops. The content can be used for stand alone course, pre-training exercises, and further study for participants in workshops and lectures.

LMS Platforms - Summer Ventilation 101

LMS Platforms - Summer Ventilation 101 is a course created to meet the requirements for the final project for LMS Platforms. Its design and content are determined by the instructions and rubric for this final assignment. 

In the future, Summer Ventilation 101 will be further developed as an example of a ventilation module that could be incorporated into an introductory poultry management course at a university or college. It might also be used to support further study by participants at a one day, industry summer ventilation workshop.
